Cup of Tea Psychology retains information in line with all relevant legislation. Client information is generally stored for 7 years from last contact, or until the age of 25 for clients who are under 18 at the time of service.

Cup of Tea Psychology will endeavour to keep your personal information accurate, complete and up to date. You may request details of personal information that we hold about you in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). A small administrative fee may be payable for the provision of information.
